Candidates for the directory are invited to complete a talent-bank profile that collects information about their specific skills and career experience as well as their professional and volunteer/civic roles. The submission fee is $250 to help to cover administration costs.

Companies and not-for-profits that use the directory for searches pay a sliding scale of fees, based on revenue size. The most a larger entity would pay for a successful search is $40,000; the minimum for a smaller company is $10,000.

Companies will submit the skills they are looking for; the directory staff will compile profiles of candidates – with experience and references, but no names or contacts until a company identifies the candidates its Nominating Chair or other representatives would like to interview in person.
