Nikki Little serves as an account director on Identity’s social media team and is responsible for managing the internal operations and growth of the social media team. She also serves as an account manager for several of Identity’s clients, focusing on integrating social media strategy with traditional communications efforts to help companies build brand awareness, create new customer relationships and grow their business. Additionally, Nikki manages the content on Identity’s blog, ID Tags.
Aside from her work at Identity, Nikki serves as vice president of Social Media Club Detroit and publishes a bi-weekly e-newsletter called the MichComms Report, which serves as a job, events and news resource for communications professionals. Additionally, she is a member of PRSA Detroit, assists in organizing and promoting local conferences and events and frequently speaks on the topics of public relations and social media.
Aside from her career related activities, Nikki is mom to identical twin boys and frequently participates on the WDIV Live in the D moms panel.
